DJ Dean
Dean Riot is a vintage music DJ, specialising in 1920s-1970s styles. After being exposed to this era music while taking dance classes at age 10, he was first introduced to DJ work at age 15 during a dance contest. He has been playing at and hosting events ever since. His passion has extended to clothes, if he’s not behind the decks or on the dancefloor you’ll find him regularly hunting through vintage stores for original threads!

DJ George Galea
DJ George ‘Houndog’ Galea has been a fixture in the entertainment industry since 1976. Aside from DJing, George is also a professional compare, announcer, and Rock N Roll Dancer, Teacher/Instructor and one of the Founding Members Of The United Rockabilly And Rock n Roll Federation Of Australia. His energetic personality and collection of classic hits transport audiences back to The Happy Days Of Rock N Roll.

DJ The Kid Glenn London
DJ The Kid Glenn London has been part of the Jive A Boogie DJ Service Team and Sydney’s Live Rock n Roll Entertainment Agency Since 1995.
The Kid’s Talents as a Rock n Roll DJ need to be seen as his style is always Vibrant, Explosive and full of Energy. Rock n Roll and is not just a Job but a Passion, His Knowledge of 50’s & 60’s and The Classic Hits from the 70’s are second to none. Glenn’s Objective as a Professional DJ is to keep people On the Dance
Floor all Night as he Play’s all The Old Favourites form the 50’s & 60’s and 70’s with announcing the Tunes as we say in the Industry The Old School Way!

Swing-A-Billy-Ray DJ
With over 30 years of experience, Swing-A-Billy Ray Keepence is a DJ, emcee, and swing dancer who knows how to get the party started! Covering 1920s to 1980s hits, with a heavy focus on swing, blues, rockabilly, and rhythm & blues from the ‘40s, ‘50s, and ‘60s, Ray’s sets are a vibrant mix of high-energy classics and rare vintage gems. A festival favourite, Ray made history as the first Australian DJ to play at Viva Las Vegas and continues to be in high demand across Australia’s nostalgia festival, music events and dance scenes.

DJ Vinnie
Robert Vincent (DJ “Vinnie”) has been working as a DJ for more than 19 years in clubs for dance nights, band support, and private functions. One of Robert’s special skills is reading a crowd and keeping the music and dancing going.
Robert has supplied music on the main stage at Chromefest since its inception in 2009.

Elvis by Anthony Petrucci
Elvis by Anthony Petrucci showcases a newly formatted concept focusing on Elvis Presley’s career from his humble beginnings right up to his 70’s hits. Accompanied by a live band, the show includes a lot of Elvis’ major hits and there will be some special surprises for the die-hard fans. A show not to be missed for any Elvis Presley fan or any music fan to put it simple!
Anthony sure has the voice, looks and presence of Elvis! He also relates well with the audience and is a wonderful showman!

Lance Lipinsky & The Lovers
Hailing from the USA, Texas’ Lance Lipinsky preserves American roots genres as a songwriter and unforgettable live entertainer with show-stopping boogie woogie piano antics with his band the Lovers. Lance & the Lovers is influenced by the Atomic mid-century birth of Rock & Roll era of the 1950s and early 60’s.

Matchbox Band
Established in 2010, Matchbox has become a crowd favourite on the busy rock and roll circuit. Matchbox are a dynamic five-piece band comprising members with decades of experience. Their song list includes popular hits from idols such as Chuck Berry, Elvis Presley, Ricky Nelson, Fats Domino, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Beatles, The Mavericks and many more.
The band is dedicated to keeping 50’s 60’s rock and roll alive and is guaranteed to entertain and keep you dancing.

Nic & His Hipshots
Nic & his Hipshots are an authentic 1950s Rock n Roll 4 piece band playing traditional 1950s rock n roll, rockabilly and country-western – Tipping their hat to likes of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, Gene Vincent, Bo Diddley, Carl Perkins and Charlie Feathers amongst many more.
Together they bring an authentic roots music experience that leaves a lasting impression on audiences wherever they go.

“Little Charlie”, Drummer and Vocalist – Keeps that solid consistent beat so you can enjoy the dance process.
Manny, Guitarist & Vocalist – Manny contributes with vocals and that Rock N Roll guitar sound.
“Boom Mark”, Slap Bass & Vocalist – Mark has played in numerous bands and has been swayed towards Rock n Roll.
Tony “the horn”, Saxophone, Harmonica and Vocalist – His lean towards a growling Rock N Roll Sax sound has established a place in the original Be Bops.

Ross and the Wildest
Melbourne-based Ross & The Wildest, formerly known as Ross & the Wild Boys, are famed for performing at rock ‘n’ roll and rockabilly festivals all around Australia and overseas in Los Angeles.
Only a short time ago, the boys hit the iconic Viva Las Vegas 2019, performing at the Rockabilly Weekender. Not long after in 2020, they then went on to record their first album in the City of Angels.

Slim Gritty
The Slim Gritty Band perform an upbeat uplifting mix of original and classic Rock n Roll/ Rockabilly & Roots R&B tunes, with an emphasis of keeping both the listening and dancing audiences happy.
Slim AKA Tim Collett whom the band is built around has a rich heritage, being the founding member of iconic act the Convertibles and also when not performing with Slim Gritty, still performs with the amazing ‘A Band Called Twang’ Slim in various line-ups is no stranger to gigs and festivals both here in Australia and Internationally.

Slim Holloway & The Unsung Heroes
Sydney-based ‘Slim Holloway & The Unsung Heroes’ bring you a fine selection of rock ‘n’ roll and Americana from the 40s-60s, as well as original music in those traditions. The band is defined by the three-octave wailing and crooning of frontman, Mischa Vickas (Slim Holloway), the versatile electric guitar of Stefan Leary, the iconic coffin-shaped double bass of Marcio Maestrelli, and the relentless drive of drummer, Lauro Santos. You can also listen to their single, ‘You broke my heart before I met you’ on all streaming platforms.

Sydney Swing Katz
The Sydney Swing Katz are recognized as Australia’s premier and most renowned dance troupe, specialising in classic vintage dance styles from the 1920s to the 1950s.

Wes Pudsey’s Radium Club Trio
Singer, guitarist and composer Wes Pudsey first jumped and jived his way around the Harbour City with the original Radium Club Hepsters close to two decades ago now.
Now, with the aid of renowned saxophonist Nathan Henshaw and bass maestro Arthur Taylor, Wes has put together a catalogue of the great songs and tunes of the swing era, including classics such as Sinatra’s I’ve Got You Under My Skin and Night and Day, Duke Ellington’s Don’t Get Around Much Anymore, Bobby Darin’s Beyond the Sea and Mack the Knife, and of course Cab Calloway’s legendary Minnie the Moocher.
